ShopStack360 is a community commerce platform connecting shoppers, retailers, distributors, suppliers, and manufacturers. This policy outlines what is and is not permitted on our platform.

2. Prohibited Items

The following items may not be listed or sold on ShopStack360:

  • Illegal drugs, controlled substances, or drug paraphernalia
  • Weapons, firearms, ammunition, or explosives
  • Counterfeit or stolen goods
  • Items that infringe intellectual property rights
  • Adult content or services
  • Human organs, body parts, or bodily fluids
  • Endangered species or products derived from them
  • Hazardous materials without proper licensing
  • Unlicensed pharmaceutical products
  • Pyramid schemes or fraudulent investment opportunities

3. Prohibited Conduct

  • Misrepresenting product quality, origin, or condition
  • Price gouging or deceptive pricing practices
  • Creating fake reviews or manipulating trust scores
  • Using the platform to launder money or finance illegal activities
  • Harassing, threatening, or discriminating against other users
  • Attempting to circumvent escrow protections
  • Creating multiple accounts to evade bans or manipulate the system
  • Scraping platform data without authorization

4. Vendor Obligations

  • Provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing
  • Fulfill orders within the stated delivery timeframe
  • Respond to buyer inquiries within 24 hours
  • Comply with all applicable Nigerian laws and regulations (NAFDAC, SON, CAC)
  • Maintain valid business registration where required by law
  • Honor the platform's returns and refund policies

5. Enforcement

Violations may result in:

  • Warning and content removal
  • Temporary account suspension
  • Permanent account termination
  • Withholding of pending payouts pending investigation
  • Reporting to relevant authorities where required by law

6. Reporting Violations

If you encounter a listing or user that violates this policy, please report it through the in-app reporting feature or email support@shopstack360.com.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
