Shipping Policy

1. Fulfillment Model

ShopStack360 is a marketplace platform. Products are shipped directly from vendors to customers. We are not a fulfillment center and do not hold inventory. Each vendor is responsible for packaging and dispatching their own orders.

2. Delivery Options

  • Platform Delivery: Matched riders handle pickup from vendor and delivery to buyer. Real-time tracking provided.
  • Vendor Delivery: Some vendors handle their own delivery using personal logistics.
  • Pickup: Buyers can choose to pick up from the vendor's location where available.

3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Same-day delivery: Available for orders placed before 2:00 PM within the same city zone
  • Next-day delivery: Standard for most intra-city orders
  • 2-5 business days: Inter-city or bulk B2B orders

Estimated delivery time is displayed at checkout. Actual delivery depends on vendor processing time, rider availability, and distance.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on distance, package size, and delivery speed. The exact fee is shown before payment. Group buy orders may qualify for reduced or free shipping when volume thresholds are met.

5. Order Tracking

For platform-delivered orders, real-time tracking is available in the app from the moment a rider picks up the package. Push notifications are sent at key stages: order confirmed, picked up, in transit, and delivered.

6. Delivery Confirmation

Buyers must confirm delivery in the app to release escrow funds to the vendor. If delivery is not confirmed within 72 hours of the rider marking it as delivered, the system auto-confirms and releases funds.

7. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails (buyer unavailable, wrong address), the rider will attempt redelivery once. If the second attempt fails, the order is returned to the vendor and the buyer is contacted to arrange a new delivery or refund.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If items arrive damaged or are missing from the order, buyers should raise a dispute within 48 hours of delivery. Escrow funds will be held pending resolution. See our Returns Policy for the full dispute process.
